Maximize what you can learn and how you develop your strenght, flexibility and skills with in person private sessions. Sessions take place outside or at client’s home.

24/7 Communication Privilege (250 CHF per month)

Min. 2-month-commitment for first-timers. Afterwards individual months bookable.

How does it work?

1a.) If it’s your first month with us, you receive a questionnaire about your health and goals and fill it in for us.
Afterwards we schedule a video call to assess your body’s abilities after which we can write a training plan for your personal goals, time restraints and equipment accessibility.

1b.) If it’s a consecutive month, we schedule a video call in which we analyze last month’s progress, optimize goal setting and discuss the future training strategy. This call allows us to write the perfect training plan for the following month.

2.) You receive access to your personalized training plan in the app My PT Hub (exercises come with explanation videos) and film every single exercise for us when you do them for the first time. Afterwards you receive feedback and corrections in form of text, voiceclips, videos and graphics. You have 24/7 communication access to us throughout the month. You can film your training sessions as often as you want and send them to us for feedback. You can ask any and as many questions as come up. We’re always there for you and this is an intense 1:1-guidance. You usually receive feedback within 48 hours.

3.) The training plan always gets updated and modified for your progress and situation throughout your coaching-time, each detail is made to fit your needs perfectly.

3.) The rest of the month you train alone with your training plan.

4.) At the end of the month we go through a check up together to discuss your experience and celebrate progress.
